Performance advantage brought by the structural characteristics of lead smelter
We all know what a lead furnace is for, and its structure is very simple. It has only three parts and is divided into three parts: a furnace, a furnace, and a furnace top.
The furnace tank is the part that we can see outside. The materials used are all welded steel plates. Its role is to stratify the lead slag and discharge it separately through the siphon. The small lead siphon suction port of the furnace is placed at the bottom of the siphon suction well.
The structure of the furnace body is divided into a melting pool area and a reburning area. The combination of the two facilitates the adjustment of the slag mouth and the operation of the entire lead furnace.
The last one is the top of the furnace. There are mainly auxiliary feeding ports and smoke outlets on the top of the furnace. Each different part reflects different functions.
